A certificate of analysis, often shortened to COA, is the document that records the laboratory testing carried out on a specific batch. This note describes what a batch-specific certificate sets out.
A certificate is written for one batch and carries that batch’s lot number, so it can be matched to the material it describes. It records the compound’s identity as measured by the tests run on the batch, including its chromatographic profile and its measured mass.
Because a certificate is tied to a single batch, a certificate written for one lot does not describe a different lot. livvmore publishes certificates per batch, and each is available on request.
These are records of laboratory testing carried out on the batch. They document compound identity for research use and are not a claim of suitability or fitness for any use.
All products are supplied for laboratory research use only. Not for human or veterinary use.
