Who this policy covers

This policy explains how livvmore, operated by livvmore, collects, uses and looks after personal data when you use this website. For the purposes of data protection law, livvmore is the data controller responsible for your personal data. This policy is in force from 12 August 2026.

When you contact us through the enquiry form on our /contact/ page, we collect the details you choose to provide: your name, email address, organisation, subject and message. If the request-a-quote flow is switched on, we collect the same enquiry details together with the compounds you list.

Our servers also record standard technical information in log files, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, and the date and time of each request. We do not collect payment information, and we do not ask for more personal data than we need.

We use the information described above to respond to and manage your enquiries, to prepare and send quotes where you request them, to operate, secure and maintain the website, to keep records we are required to hold by law, and to detect and reduce fraudulent or unauthorised activity. We do not use your information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

Payment information

No payment data is collected through this website. Checkout is not live, and we do not collect or store card numbers, bank details or any other payment information. If online ordering is introduced later, this policy will be updated first, and any payment would be handled by an approved payment provider under its own terms and privacy notice.

This website uses essential cookies only. Before launch, a preview-access cookie remembers that you have entered the preview password. When the request-a-quote flow is switched on, a cart cookie keeps the compounds you have added together between pages so your quote request stays intact. Data retention

We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purposes set out in this policy, or for as long as the law requires, whichever is longer. Enquiry and quote records are kept for the period needed to manage the request and any follow-up and to meet our record-keeping duties, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Server log files are kept for a short operational period and then removed.

Security

We use technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure. These include restricted access, encrypted connections for data in transit, and regular review of our systems. No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, so while we work to protect your information we cannot warrant its absolute security.

This website and the materials offered on it are intended for qualified researchers and institutions only. All items are research materials shipped cold-chain and are supplied for laboratory research only, not for human or veterinary use. The website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 21. By using this website you confirm that you are at least 21 and are acting in a professional or institutional research capacity. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, contact us through the /contact/ form and we will delete it.
