Purchaser responsibilities

By placing an order you confirm that you are a qualified researcher, or that you are ordering on behalf of a qualified research institution, and that every material will be received, stored, handled and disposed of in an appropriate research setting by trained personnel following sound laboratory practice. You alone are responsible for determining that your intended research use is lawful where you are, for meeting every applicable requirement under the laws of the United States and your local rules, and for the lawful handling, labelling, record-keeping and disposal of each material once it has been dispatched.

Materials are supplied cold-chain and must be kept under the stated storage conditions on arrival. Because these are research materials, once an item has been dispatched it cannot be returned, for integrity reasons, other than an item that arrives damaged or was sent in error.
